裸辞两年，复出一样华丽转身，我只靠这三点逆袭外企HRD！

　　  我是徐婧，一个平淡无奇的名字，我是一个草根HR，没有985、211的学历。曾经我是一个普通的民企HRM，现在我是一家外企人力资源总监。2016年年底，我辞职了，裸辞，原因是再不回家结婚老公就跑了。没有任何准备更没有准备退路，匆匆忙忙回到家乡与相恋三年的男友成婚。刚结婚的那段时间也曾迷茫，留在家乡这个普通二线城市还是继续回到一线拼博呢？还没有来得及思考成熟，我怀孕了。得到这个消息的时候我是真的有些激动但也有些焦虑，耽误两到三年后，自己回得去曾经的职场吗？要和那些年轻人争岗位的时候我还能有核心竞争力吗。考虑孩子，考虑自己的年纪，我最后选择了留在这座城市等孩子生完。
　　  在生孩子的时候，我也万般焦虑，但事实证明，我成功了，在我裸辞两年后，我真的成功了，所以今天我写下这篇文章，与各位姐妹们共勉。我只靠这三点逆袭成功。
　　  一、无论什么情况都要保持学习力
　　  即使在家怀孕和生孩子的这两年，我也一直很焦虑，我必须要做点什么让自己充实起来。我选择了怀孕的这一年考人力资源一级证书，因为以前已经考过二级，这次只需要备考一级即可，同时还选择了中级经济师一起考。虽然怀了孩子的我看书有些倦怠，但是对未来职场的不确定感让我不得不这样努力。很幸运，我考一级的时候是我预产期前一个月，我顶着大肚子去考试，最终的结果是考过了。尤记得从考场出来的时候抱着老公失声痛哭，为了孩子，我必须努力。生完孩子刚出月子我就开始捡起大学英文四级的书并报了三茅网的《HR全系列职业经理人》与《绩效与薪酬经理人》班，白天带孩子是真的辛苦，好在有家里人帮衬一下，一边给孩子喂奶一边背英文，一边冲奶粉一边背英文。晚上孩子睡了，我在被窝里手机看HR的课程，好在课程是两年有效期，基本上还是能保证看完，课程是实操课，比一级的课程更具实操落地，保持在一周学习2-3节，剩下的时候主要是在复盘案例和背英文，防止面试的时候我没办法对答如流。就这样我坚持到了孩子断奶，英语口语全部捡起来了，还认认真真学完了三茅的这两套实战课。这是我做的笔记，看看这些复盘案例笔记，承载着我痛苦的学习经历。

　　  二、必须找准方向并努力进入这个领域
　　  我在复出前半年就开始谋划，当时我一直在挑选行业。毕竟30多岁了，我也听过三茅徐渤老师职业规划课，我想这次的选择极有可能是行业性的关键时间点。而我个人的情况是在外企精密制造有过半年实习，后来就一直在内资企业，但英文基础尚可。我想去一个系统的企业学习更多内容，所以选定了合资型贸易企业，需要一定英文功底但又不至于要全英文办公的企业。而且贸易行业员工素质相对来说比制造业强一些，不会有更多纠纷。于是我一直在网上找合资外贸企业进行投递，甚至直接用各种社交APP例如领英、脉脉等找到对方的HR及总经理等与之交谈，即使不会被录取，也是有这些行业的基础知识沉淀。这一点对我的复出真的太重要了，最后能够被上海这家外企录用很大一部分是因为我有了这个行业的不少知识。
　　  三、一定要与行业的先进理念保持同步
　　  感谢上帝，我是一个有学习力的人，否则我这次复出真的会和很多妈妈一样面临失业的尴尬局面。曾经大家还在谈BSC平衡计分卡，如今你不谈几句OKR、不懂OD是什么，不知道如何进行人才盘点，根本没办法与猎头交流！猎头会告诉你，这家公司的老板一定要懂HRBP落地的，一定要懂OD组织管理的。尤其在上海做外企HR负责人，大多数都必须要掌握这些，我知道自己的基础一般，学历一般、资历一般，但是我相信多试一试一定有愿意给机会的企业。做人力资源经理的时候，这些事情固然都做过，可是并没有用系统性的知识理论支撑起来。值得庆幸的是，三茅也越来越前卫了，居然在19年出了OD与HRBP的课，我在上个月面试前抓紧时间学习了《九型OD管理与设计。》和《HR三支柱应用实践》这两个系列课程，这对于我的跳槽来说起了关键性作用，也不枉费我连日的熬夜学习。

　　  我教各位一招，即使在怀孕期，我也与上海的猎头们保持紧密联系，时不时的讨论一些JD，甚至假装应聘，与对方老板进行电话面试，就为了了解这个行业的老板对HRD的要求是什么。这也是我一直努力学习的重要原因。或者组织管理、人才梯队管理都接触过，可是让我系统的做或者是进行阐述是真的不行，所以我一边与老板及猎头保持沟通一边在三茅学习这些知识。有同行问过我，你又不做这些，学了干吗？我告诉他们，想要在未来有机会一展拳脚，你连脑子里都是空的，理论框架都没有，打什么拳脚呢？只能是王八打拳！请记住！无论用不用得上，一定要与行业的先进理念保持同步，不然可能在面试关就被淘汰。用不上是另一说，但不懂就真的毫无机会了。
　　  最后，我想说，感谢自己真的一直在拼命努力才有今天的成绩。前天看了三茅公众号推的二胎妈妈失业之殇的故事，身有所感，所以写下自己的故事，希望能够与大家共勉，感谢三茅能够让我成长，在三茅五年，我从HR主管做到HRD，草根HR是可以逆袭的。我知道，万般皆辛苦，学习也一样，可是现在不苦，咱们的未来可能更苦！
